Which obligations does this address?
It supports buildings subject to French Décret BACS and Décret tertiaire, as well as ISO 50001, energy-audit obligations, and ESG reporting needs — starting from a regulatory gap analysis (current state vs. requirements).
Does VISE certify my building's BACS class?
No. VISE delivers the technical substrate that enables you to classify your BMS as Class A or B and produces the assessment and reports. VISE is not a certification body — certification bodies certify.
What about BACS financial incentives?
Financial-incentive management is out of VISE's scope. VISE focuses on the metering, data retention, audit trail, and automated compliance reports the regulation requires.
Do I need new metering?
