A graduate of the Faculty of Building Services Engineering (Bucharest, French program) and La Rochelle University (France), where he earned a dual master’s degree, Mihai combines technical expertise with a passion for sustainable innovation.
With over ten years of experience, he has led projects to enhance comfort and reduce energy consumption across sectors like logistics, retail, offices, and public buildings. His work bridges cutting-edge automation with real-world applications, ensuring measurable savings and long-term value for clients.
In 2025, Mihai founded VISE Smart Building to address a critical gap in the market: transforming traditional buildings into intelligent, efficient, and future-proof spaces. Under his leadership, the company has become a trusted partner for businesses and institutions seeking to optimize operations, lower costs, and meet ESG goals — regardless of project size.
